Shipping Policy

Packaging Box

product are packed in a styrofoam box and cooled by blue ice(or dry ice). 
In case local pick up, a small carton box is used without styrofoam box and blue ice.


Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Due to cooling transport with dry ice, orders are shipped out Tuesday and Wednesday.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
 

NISHIYAMA RAMEN ONLINE ships to the addresses within Germany and the Netherlands only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping charge for orders more than 50 EUR and self pick up from our office in Dusseldorf.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

In case pick up, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up. Please reply it with expected pick up date and time.
Pick up is available during Monday-Friday 10:00-17:00. Holidays are closed.

Damages 

NISHIYAMA RAMEN ONLINE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
